Terms & Conditions


  1. All booking should be done by email to connect2thailand@gmail.com and deposit of 30% must be paid to confirm the service
  2. To guarantee a good service, we suggest to book at least 3 days in advance.


  1. Customer must pay with credit or debit card for deposit payment. Once the service is finish, balance must be paid in cash to the driver.
  2. Booking that haven't pay the depost will be cancel 1 day before the service date.
  3. Services are charge in Thai Baht (THB) which include VAT.
  4. Exchange rate is depend on customer card's issuer bank.

Cancellation and Refund

  1. Once the deposit payment has been made, cancellation or refund cannot be done. Except the service is cancel by the company.
  2. Refund will be proceed through the same payment channel.
  3. Refund process time is depending on the card issuer bank.
